Rebecca Gray, LSCSW, KCGC, Emergency Services Coordinator earned her Master of Social Work from Washburn University in 2011 after receiving a Bachelor of Social Work from Pittsburg State University in 2010 and an Associate of Arts from Labette Community College in 2008. She later completed the clinical requirements to become a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker. Rebecca began her career at Labette Center for Mental Health Services in October 2011 as an outpatient mental health and crisis therapist, and her commitment to crisis care led to her promotion to Primary Crisis Therapist in 2013. Over the past 12 years, she has provided emergency mental health crisis interventions for individuals and community groups while actively supporting initiatives that serve Labette County residents. Rebecca has also served as Labette Center’s State Hospital, PRTF, and NFHM liaison; and graduated from Leadership Labette in 2017. From 2021 to 2024, she served as Project Director for the SAMHSA Crisis Project Grant, helping increase and expand Labette Center’s crisis services department and programs. Rebecca brings 15 years of experience in mental health crisis management, professionalism, and community partnership building, and she remains dedicated to expanding access to mental health crisis care for those in need.
