CASE MANAGER – ADULT (FULL-TIME)
An exciting opportunity to join a growing organization delivering behavioral health services to the residents of Labette County. Provide education and contact with appropriate resources

Accurate and timely completion of all documentation
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated individual to join our dynamic team providing consultations as part of a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC). CCBHC’s provide equitable, high-quality integrated behavioral health care that is sustainable. The CCBHC model is an outpatient model that provides integrated services including 24/7 crisis response and medication-assisted treatment. It also meets strict criteria regarding access, quality reporting, staffing, and coordination with social services, justice, and education systems.

PEER SUPPORT SPECIALIST – ACT (FULL-TIME)
Do you enjoy working with people? Are you self-motivated? If you answer yes to these questions then Labette Center for Mental Health Services, Inc. has the job for you. We are seeking to add a Peer Specialist to our ACT (Assertive Community Support) team. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older, have personal life experience receiving mental health services, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check. The primary function of the position is to provide support for children and adolescents.
