Mark Gardner, LAC - joined the staff at LCMHS in 2007 as a counselor in the Substance Abuse Program. Born in Parsons, and raised in Denver, Colorado, Gardner moved back to Parsons in 1988 and graduated from Parsons High School in 1990. With an Associate of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice, from Labette Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis on Substance Abuse Treatment from Pittsburg State University, Gardner became an Addiction and Prevention Services Substance Abuse Counselor of Kansas in 2007. He is also a member of the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors.
