Thomas G. Schibi, AA, CSS Team Lead - has been a part of the LCMHS team since 1992. With an Associate of Arts in 1980 and an Associate of Arts in Special Education in 1982 from Labette Community College, Schibi spent the 1980's working at the Special Purpose School at Parson's State Hospital and at Training Center for Greenbush as a paraprofessional. After a stint as House Manager with Class LTD, Schibi accepted a position as Psychosocial Leader and part-time Case Manager with LCMHS, a position he remained in until going full-time in 1997, and then was named as Team Leader in 2007. Schibi is a lifelong resident of Parsons and has raised three children in the community. In his spare time, Schibi is active coaching basketball and softball, is an avid bowler, President of the Parsons Men's Bowling Association, and has been a member of the Knights of Columbus.
