Robin Rogers, MSN, APRN - Rogers was hired at Labette Center for Mental Health Services as a contracting provider to supply medical services to the adult population on September 30th, 2011.  Born in Joplin, Missouri she attended school in Cherokee county through the 9th grade.  In August of 1970 she moved to Dennis, KS where she completed school and attended Labette County College upon graduation.  Rogers currently lives in Baxter Springs, Kansas with her husband.  Together they have two grown children and three grandchildren.  Rogers received her Associates of Science in Nursing in 1979 from Labette Community College.  From there she received a Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing and a Master?s of Science in Nursing from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia in 2000 and her Post-Masters Certificate in Advanced Nursing from the University of Massachusetts in Boston Massachusetts in 2009.  She has received various honors including Phi Theta Kappa in 1977, Who?s Who Among American Community College Students in 1979, Who's Who Among Nurses in 1988,  Graduated Cum Laude from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2000, Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing honor Society in 2000, letter of Appreciation from the US Army Medical Command in Seoul, Korea in 2004, the William and Allene Guthrie Van Meter Outstanding Alumni Achievement Award from Labette Community College in 2004, Who?s Who Among American Women in 2007 and National Health Service Corps in 2010.  She is affiliated with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Ladies Auxiliary.  In her spare time she enjoys gardening, jewelry making, knitting and quilting.
