Fees:
Fees are calculated on a sliding scale fee based on income and number in family for those persons living in Labette County. Out of county fees are $110.00 per hour for therapy sessions and $130.00 per hour for psychiatric sessions. Medicaid, medicare and private insurance are excepted.
After Hour Calls:
For mental health emergencies after office hours call 620-421-3770 or toll-free at 1-800-303-3770 and you will speak directly with a Qualified Mental Health Professional.
For non-emergency calls when the office is closed, wait until the office opens to leave a message for a specific staff person; to schedule, cancel, or reschedule an appointment; or if you are out of medication.
You may leave an answering-machine message for staff to call you back on the next business day by calling an alternative phone number, 620-421-2937, and speaking your name and phone number into the answering machine. Please speak slowly, clearly, and repeat your name and number.
