This program is for children who have been diagnosed with a Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) and who are having significant functional impairments in school, home, or the community.  These difficulties could include how the child behaves towards others, how they feel emotionally, or other problems.

The program works from the premise that “no one gets through a crisis on their weaknesses, but rather by using their strengths.”
